Yann Bouchery est professeur associé en management des opérations et membre du Centre d'excellence en supply chain à KEDGE Business School. Il est titulaire d’un doctorat en génie industriel de l'École centrale Paris obtenu en 2012. Avant de rejoindre KEDGE Business School en 2019, Il a occupé des postes d’enseignant-chercheur à l’École centrale Paris, à Eindhoven University of Technology (Pays-Bas) et à l’EM Normandie. Ses recherches portent sur les aspects de durabilité dans la gestion des opérations et la logistique verte. Ses travaux de recherche sont publiés dans des revues internationales telle que Production and Operations Management, Transportation Science, European Journal of Operational Research, Transportation Research Part B, International Journal of Production Economics. Il est également coéditeur d'un livre intitulé « Sustainable Supply Chains : A Research-Based Textbook on Operations and Strategy ».
