Subhan est professeur assistant au département de stratégie, développement durable et entrepreneuriat. Il est titulaire d’un doctorat en administration des affaires de Grenoble École de Management (France) et d’un doctorat français de l’IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management (France). Son principal domaine de recherche est l’entrepreneuriat, en particulier les microfondements de la sortie d’entreprise. En outre, il mène des recherches dans plusieurs domaines connexes, notamment l'écosystème entrepreneurial, l'intelligence artificielle, le financement participatif, la durabilité et le bien-être. Ses travaux universitaires ont été publiés dans plusieurs revues internationales réputées. Il est disposé à encadrer des doctorants et des étudiants en DBA. En matière d'enseignement, il dispense des cours d'entrepreneuriat, d'innovation, de stratégie et de planification d'entreprise. Auparavant, il a occupé les fonctions de coordinateur et de formateur au Student Start-up Business Center de l'université COMSATS d'Islamabad, au Pakistan, où il a encadré et accompagné plus de 30 start-ups. Il possède également une expérience entrepreneuriale, ayant fondé et géré avec succès sa propre entreprise sociale.
