Shuaib Ahmed Soomro est professeur associé en gestion des ressources humaines à KEDGE Business School. Il est titulaire d'un doctorat de l'IAE Aix-Marseille et enseigne la gestion des ressources humaines, le comportement organisationnel et le leadership, en alliant rigueur académique et approche pratique. Les recherches du Dr Soomro portent sur les RH, le comportement organisationnel, le leadership et le développement durable. Il publie dans des revues internationales et participe à des conférences majeures. Il siège aux comités de rédaction de Career Development International and Leadership et de Organization Development Journal.. Outre ses recherches et son enseignement, il encadre des chercheurs en début de carrière et des doctorants dans ses domaines d'expertise.
