Pierpaolo Andriani est professeur de management de l’innovation et de la complexité à KEDGE Business School. Il est titulaire d’un BA/MSc en physique. Pierpaolo a débuté sa carrière en tant que scientifique dans le domaine de la R&D industrielle en Italie, où il a travaillé comme chef de projet sur différents projets européens de recherche et développement dans l’industrie du laser. Puis, il a rejoint le milieu universitaire et a obtenu son doctorat en sciences sociales à l’Université de Durham au Royaume-Uni. Ses domaines de recherche s’articulent autour de l’impact de la théorie de la complexité et de l’évolution sur l’innovation. Ses recherches ont été publiées dans des revues telles qu’Organization Science, Journal of International Business Studies, Research Policy, Long Range Planning et Complexity.
