Joerg S. Hofstetter est professeur associé en supply chain management et a reçu son diplôme d'ingénieur de l’université de Stuttgart (Allemagne) et son doctorat en sciences de gestion de l’université de St. Gall (Suisse) en 2004. Avant de rejoindre KEDGE, il était professeur assistant de supply chain management à l’université de St. Gall et directeur adjoint de la Chaire en gestion de la logistique. Il est président de l’International Forum on Sustainable Value Chains (ISVC). Ses recherches portent sur les aspects de la gestion des chaînes de valeurs globales des entreprises, la supply chain durable, la gestion des fournisseurs amont et l’achat durable. Il a entre autre publié dans International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Cleaner Production et International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management.
