Frédéric Ponsignon est professeur associé en management des opérations à KEDGE BS. Il a rejoint KEDGE en 2015 après 9 ans passés à l'université d'Exeter en Angleterre. Frédéric a développé une expertise forte sur l'expérience client/visiteur/patient, le pilotage des processus, et le management par la qualité via ses travaux de recherche et des projets de conseil en entreprise avec, entre autres, AFNOR compétences, Cité du vin, Hennessy, FIAT, AXA, et Rural Payments Agency. Sa thèse de doctorat, obtenu en 2010, s’est focalisée sur l’exploration des liens entre stratégie, offre de services et les caractéristiques des processus opérationnels au sein d’EDF Energy. Depuis, Frédéric a publié plus de 15 articles de recherche dans des revues académiques internationales de premier plan (A et B).
