Eleonora Veglianti, PhD, est professeure associée à KEDGE Business School sur le campus de Paris. Elle donne des cours de gestion des ressources humaines, sur les organisations commerciales, le management interculturel et le comportement organisationnel. Avant d’entrer dans le milieu universitaire, elle a travaillé comme consultante. Elle a été track chair lors de plusieurs conférences académiques internationales, notamment la Conférence de la Société de Transformation Digitale (DTS), la conférence sur les Technologies de l'information et de la communication dans les organisations et la société (ICTO) et le chapitre italien de l'Association for Information Systems (ItAIS). Elle agit en tant que reviewer pour plusieurs revues nationales et internationales. Elle est Managing Editor du Journal International Studies of Management & Organization. Elle a également été guest editor pour des numéros spéciaux tels que dans le Journal International Studies of Management & Organization et dans le Journal Sustainability Accounting, Management and Policy. Ses principaux intérêts de recherche portent sur l'organisation du travail, la gestion des ressources humaines, la transformation numérique, l'intelligence artificielle et la société intelligente.
