Dorra YAHIAOUI est professeure senior, Directrice du Département Management et du Centre de Recherche et d’Excellence en International Business à Kedge Business School. Elle enseigne le Management des Ressources Humaines et le Comportement Organisationnel. Elle est aussi responsable du groupe de recherche Human Resource Management à EuroMed Research Business Institute. Elle a un Doctorat en Sciences de Gestion de l’Université Lyon III (France), certifiée ITP suite à sa formation à International Teachers Program à London Business School, certifiée MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) de The Myers Briggs Company France et Women in Education Leadership de Harvard University Graduate School of Education. Ses recherches portent sur les comparaisons internationales des pratiques managériales, le processus d’innovation au sein des multinationales, les relations maison mère- filiales, la stratégie d’internationalisation et le Management au Moyen-Orient, en Afrique et en Asie. Elle a publié plusieurs chapitres d’ouvrages et articles dans des revues renommées telles que: Human Resource Management (Wiley); Journal of Business Research; The International Human Resource Management; Journal of Business Research; The International Journal of Human Resource Management; Thunderbird: International Business Review, International Marketing Review; Annals of Tourism Research; Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Asia Pacific Business Review; European Journal of International Management, European Management Review, parmi d’autres. Elle a aussi été professeure visitante dans différentes universités partenaires en Russie, Etats-Unis, Italie, Chypre, Liban, Emirats Arabes Unis, Togo, Cameroun, etc. Elle est aussi consultante internationale dans plusieurs grands groupes dans différents pays.
