Dr Lutz Preuss est professeur en management stratégique à Kedge Business School. Il a obtenu son doctorat au King's College de Londres. Avant de rejoindre Kedge, il a occupé ses fonctions de professeur à l'Université du Sussex et à l'Université d'East Anglia, et des postes de junior professeur à l'Université Royal Holloway de Londres, à l'Université Heriot-Watt d'Édimbourg et à l'Université de Reading. Sa recherche se concentre sur la cognition managériale dans le contexte des tensions entre les aspects économiques et non économiques des affaires, l'application de la théorie du paradoxe à la gestion, les différences internationales dans la responsabilité sociale des entreprises, l'adéquation dans les réponses des entreprises aux scandales ainsi que l'éducation responsable de la gestion. Son travail a été publié dans des revues académiques de premier plan, telles que l'Academy of Management Review, Organization Studies, Journal of World Business, Business Ethics Quarterly et le Journal of Business Ethics. Il siège actuellement au Conseil d'administration de l’International Association for Business in Society (IABS).
